Following its Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in March, indoor farming company Plenty plans to finish building its strawberry farm in Chesterfield, Va. According to a report from Richmond Bizsense, the company secured commitments from contractors to complete the facility and financing to continue operations.

Plenty has reached a settlement with Whiting-Turner, one of several general contractors that sued the company for lack of payment two months ago. Per the report, the firm completed $69 million worth of work but received only $48.9 million in payment for its initial work on the facility.

Local laborers and material suppliers have filed mechanic’s liens, or holds for not receiving payment, against the Plenty property, which is leased from California-based Realty Income Properties.

In addition to the Chesterfield farm, Plenty planned to build a $300 million campus composed of multiple facilities in Meadowville Technology Park, a business park nearby. Only one farm has been built on the property so far–the current status of construction and plans to finish the build have yet to be announced.
