On Friday, March 7, the University of Georgia (UGA) will host its Spore to Store: Urban Mushroom Symposium event at its campus in Griffin, Ga. Throughout the day, industry experts will cover how scientific innovation is shaping the future of mushroom cultivation and production in urban settings. The event is open to researchers, growers, chefs, and urban ag enthusiasts alike.

Event Speakers
