New Partnership: Berger and Sollum Technologies

Berger, a leader in the development of high-quality substrates, implemented Sollum Technologies’ dynamic LED grow light solution in its research greenhouse facilities to explore new strategies for optimizing crop performance.

Berger’s research greenhouses, which currently use high-pressure sodium (HPS) lights, will be upgraded to Sollum’s dynamic LED lighting. The collaboration will focus on identifying optimal growing conditions for specific crops, starting with lettuce. Their research will evaluate how substrate formulation and dynamic lighting can work together to achieve higher crop quality and yield.
