In this CEAg Talk, Rob Eddy, horticulturist at Resource Innovation Institute (RII), gives an overview of the organization’s “Fire Safety in High-tech Greenhouses” guide, a comprehensive resource that offers insight into the challenges of applying fire and building codes to commercial greenhouse facilities. While the guide was originally written for code officials, fire marshals, and greenhouse developers, Eddy offers additional fire safety tips that growers should know, too.
