Atlas Greenhouse has announced the acquisition of Stuppy Greenhouse.
This strategic combination unites two complementary brands into one, expanding options and delivering more comprehensive solutions for customers across all major end markets and geographies. Customers will continue to have full access to both the Atlas and Stuppy product lines, supported by the same teams, engineering expertise, and service standards they have come to expect.
“Our focus is simple — strengthen what customers already value while expanding what we can deliver,” said John Edwards, CEO. “By combining Atlas and Stuppy, we bring together decades of engineering excellence, manufacturing capability, and customer commitment. This is a win for our customers and a win for the industry.”
Matt Stuppy, the fifth-generation owner of Stuppy Greenhouse, added, “Customer confidence has been the focal point of the Stuppy family for 153 years. That confidence can only be achieved through collaborating with customers, employees, and industry partners to provide solutions that provide real value. Given the cultural fit and aligned values of both organizations, I believe we will be able to quickly continue to innovate complete solutions and provide meaningful resources to greenhouse users of all sizes across all end markets.”
