Toni has a background in international business, research design, data collection and analysis, and hydroponic greenhouse operation management. She is co-inventor and founder of Pod Farms, has led CO2 projects both in SBIR and academic settings and has a history of supporting research projects in crop trials and data collection; designing, administering and analyzing survey research; and supporting international start-ups. She is now supporting a new vertical farm Vegg, Inc. in SWVA.
