Sr. Manager, Growth Ops Sustainability Partnerships of Cox Enterprises

Kait Bowdler currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Growth Ops Business Partnerships at Cox Enterprises, focusing on the implementation of sustainability initiatives across various business operations. Previously, in roles such as Senior Project Developer and Environmental Impact Analyst at BrightFarms, Kait developed and managed projects aimed at enhancing environmental sustainability. At Philabundance, significant accomplishments included leading a team to double food acquisition, managing a substantial budget, and creating a successful sustainable sourcing program. As Vice President of the Upcycled Food Foundation, Kait contributed to strategic planning and initiatives promoting food waste reduction. Experience also includes work with the Peace Corps in community development, program management at The Campus Kitchens Project, and various leadership roles that emphasize advocacy, training, and sustainability. Kait holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
