Brian Hannon
Brian Hannon is a North Carolina-based horticulturist with deep roots in the Carolinas. Raised in South Carolina and now living in Raleigh, Brian has built a career across multiple sectors of Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), including high-tech vertical farms, commercial greenhouse trials, and cannabis cultivation in California.
A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Horticultural Science Management, Brian brings hands-on experience in managing everything from irrigation systems to integrated pest management. His background includes leading varietal trials in commercial greenhouses and working with both indoor and outdoor cannabis operations, giving him a unique perspective on diverse growing systems.
Brian is also passionate about community-driven agriculture. He serves on the Board of Directors for Raleigh City Farm, a nonprofit urban farm practicing regenerative agriculture to improve food access in underserved neighborhoods.
Now representing Rimol Greenhouse Systems, Brian partners with growers throughout the Southeastern U.S. to design and implement energy-efficient, scalable greenhouse solutions. His work is grounded in a desire to connect people with the tools they need to grow smarter, more sustainable crops—especially in urban and emerging markets. Brian’s approach blends innovation with practicality, helping growers make the most of their space, budget, and resources.
