Currently working as a scientific engineering associate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Abigayle Hodson has a background in environmental engineering with a focus on water resources/quality. She primarily researches the water-energy-food nexus, and her recent work in partnership with the Resource Innovation Institute includes developing a simplified, flexible model of water-energy-emissions for controlled environment agriculture facilities, as well as an interactive web tool (CEA SiteScout) to aid in preliminary site feasibility assessments.
